Aero Lanka : Aero Lanka (also known as Serendib Express) is an airline based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It was established in 2002 and operates domestic services between Jaffna and Colombo. It plans international cargo operations to the Middle East and Europe .
AirAsia Lanka : AirAsia Lanka is start-up low-cost airline based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It will initially operate from Colombo to southern India using leased Airbus A320 aircraft.
Deccan Lanka : Deccan Lanka is a start-up low-cost airline based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It is planning to start scheduled services from Colombo to cities in south India, and to Dubai, Sharjah and Singapore, using Airbus A320 aircraft.
Expo Aviation : Expo Aviation is an airline based in Colombo, Sri Lanka that operates domestic services and charter services to the Middle East. Its main base is Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo.
Lankair : Lankair is an airline based in Sri Lanka.
Lionair : Lionair is an airline based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It is a privately owned charter operator. Its main base is Ratmalana Airport, Colombo.
Mihin Lanka : Mihin Lanka is a low-cost airline based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It is a fully owned and funded enterprise of the Sri Lankan government. It's main focus is providing low cost flights from Colombo to Dubai and a number of cities in India. Launched in 2007, Mihin Lanka currently uses Bandaranaike International Airport as its hub, but it will most likely move to the Weerawila International Airport, which is currently under construction.

SriLankan Airlines : SriLankan Airlines Limited (previously known as Air Lanka) is the national carrier of Sri Lanka. The airline operates an all-Airbus fleet of 14 aircraft, to Asia, Europe and the Middle East. SriLankan's hub is located at the Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB). The trademark phrase is 'You're Our World', and the company's logo features a stylised peacock.
This airline is not part of an airline alliance. However, it is in partnership with Emirates which has a stake of 43.6% in the company. SriLankan also has an extensive codeshare service with other airlines and is part of the Skywards frequent flyer programme.
