Arkia Israel Airlines : Arkia Israeli Airlines (Hebrew: ארקיע‎, I will take off), usually referred to as Arkia is an airline based in Tel Aviv, Israel. It is Israel's second largest airline operating scheduled domestic and international services as well as charter flights to Western Europe and the Mediterranean. Its main base is Ben Gurion International Airport near Tel Aviv, whilst it also operates significant numbers of flights out of Sde Dov Airport in Tel Aviv, Eilat Airport, and Ovda International Airport.

CAL Cargo Air Lines : CAL Cargo Air Lines is a cargo airline based in Tel Aviv, Israel which operates scheduled cargo flights carrying perishable goods and general cargo to Europe and the rest of the world. Its main base is Ben Gurion International Airport, Tel Aviv, and it has hubs at Liège Airport (Belgium) and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

El Al : El Al Israel Airlines (Hebrew: אל על‎, "skyward") (TASE: ELAL) is the flag carrier and largest airline of Israel.From its main base and hub at Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion International Airport, El Al operates regular international passenger and cargo flights to Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America as well as local flights to Eilat.
Since its inaugural flight from Geneva to Tel Aviv in September 1948, the airline has steadily grown, and now serves 48 destinations on four continents.As the national carrier, El Al has played an important role in Israel's humanitarian rescue efforts, airlifting Jews from Ethiopia, Yemen, and other countries where their lives were in danger. The airline holds the world record for the highest number of passengers on a commercial aircraft, a record set by Operation Solomon, when Jewish refugees were brought over from Ethiopia. El Al is regarded as the most secure airline in the world, after foiling many attempted hijackings and terror attacks through its vigilant security protocols.

El Al Cargo : El Al has a cargo branch, El Al Cargo, which became independent in 1997. As the national cargo airline of Israel, it operates to destinations in Asia, Europe and North America. Before 2001, when the Israeli air cargo market opened up to competition, El Al Cargo enjoyed a monopoly.

Israir : Israir Airlines (Hebrew: ישראייר‎), usually referred to as Israir, is an airline based in Tel Aviv, Israel. It operates domestic scheduled and air taxi flights from Sde Dov Airport, Haifa Airport, Ben Gurion Airport and Eilat Airport, as well as international charter services from Ben Gurion International Airport, to Europe, Asia, and North America.[1] It also operates VIP flights and is Israel's second largest airline after El Al employing some 350 staff. The airline is said to have modelled itself based on US low cost carrier, JetBlue.

Sun D'Or : Sun d'Or International Airlines (Hebrew סאן דור) is a charter airline based in Tel Aviv, Israel. It is a fully owned subsidiary of parent airline El Al and operates regular, ad hoc, and seasonal passenger charters using aircraft leased from El Al. Its main base is Ben Gurion International Airport, Tel Aviv. The airline is licenced for the commercial transport of passengers and cargo on charter flights to and from Israel and owns an Air Operator Certificate to operate two leased planes that are fully serviced by El Al's maintenance.

Tamir Airways : Tamir Airways is an airline based in Tel Aviv, Israel. It operates domestic scheduled and air taxi flights from Sde Dov Airport, Tel Aviv to Ben Ya'aqov Airport (Rosh Pina) as well as owning the rights to fly to the currently defunct, Kiryat Shmona Airport.[1][2] Tamir Airways operates private international charter services from Sde Dov Airport and Ben Gurion International Airport, Tel Aviv to Europe and Mediterranean area. On May 17, 2007, the airline announced that it would be stopping its scheduled domestic services due to a dispute with the Transport Ministry.
